This website now offers phone contact rather than online submissions. When you click a phone link, we record the click and the page. This click tracking does not record whether a call connected.
Information provided previously
If you previously sent an inquiry, we may still hold the contact details, service or business information, message, consent record, and submission date you provided. Removing online submissions does not automatically delete existing records.
What stays in your browser
ZIP, service type, usage, estimated bill, and calculator inputs saved by earlier versions may remain until you clear this site's browser data. The current website does not ask you to enter contact details or save them in browser storage.
How we use it
Click records help us understand which pages visitors use to call. Information from prior inquiries is handled according to the permission given at the time, including any permission for partner contact. We do not process payments or make utility account changes on your behalf.
